Following are the deadlines for order (or cancellation) & delivery the same week. Any changes made after these times may not be made for the current week's delivery. If it is past your order deadline PLEASE STILL ORDER and just send us an email to send your order through for you. We're coming your way and appreciate your orders so don't hesitate to order if you're late!

- In addition to the areas noted above we will probably deliver to you if you are on the I-70 corridor between Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs or along the route from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. Just send a quick email with your location to confirm.
ORDER MINIMUMS:
- We ask for a small minimum order to help ensure we cover the costs of each stop. The minimums are programmed into the system and any order that doesn't meet the minimum will not generate for delivery. When ordering, please watch the view/edit my order tab when you submit or update your order to see if you get a message letting you know that you have not met the minimum order.
RFV and I70 Corridor - $25 in groceries
All other routes - $20 in groceries
(Bottle Deposits, taxes and delivery charge DO NOT COUNT TOWARD MINIMUM)
ORDER DEADLINES:
- 8am the day before your delivery for all regular items.
- Bulk and Vitamin & Supplement club items must be ordered by Sunday evening so that we can order them for you at 7am Monday morning. Our delivery arrives Wednesday afternoon and we will bring your items to you with your next regular order.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- We generally start deliveries in the morning, but your delivery could arrive as late as 9pm (especially on the longer routes). Once you've been on the route a few weeks your delivery will generally come in the same 3-4 hour window, but it can change if we have to rearrange the route for any reason.
COOLER &/OR OTHER INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please leave your cooler out the night before your delivery. Don't forget to put ice or blue blocks in your cooler!! A frozen milk jug of water works great. A towel left in your cooler is also helpful. We can use it to further insulate your goodies.
- We can put your goodies in your frig or other location upon request, please just let us know your preferences when you register. If you have a preference for just one week you can let us know that on your order notes for that week only.
DELIVERY/FUEL CHARGE:
- There is a small delivery/fuel charge to help offset the cost of fuel, vehicle maintenance and also for picking up products from your fabulous local producers. $3 per delivery
