• Enter your contact and delivery information. No payment information will be collected from you at this time.
• We encourage you to "opt in" for our newsletters & specials. We generally send one email each week letting you know that the shopping center has been updated and alerting you to new products and announcements. We try to include recipes, tips & other helpful information. We also use this email system to provide delivery updates or other important news. If you "opt out" you may miss some information that you want. This does not affect your ability to receive your statement via email.  

• Click here to visit the Delivery page for order deadlines and delivery schedule. If you miss the deadline we will contact you about delivering your order the following week. If you are cancelling for the week you may still get your delivery if you miss the deadline. 
• Let us know your standing regular order. This is the order we will automatically deliver to you if we don't hear from you. This way you know you'll always get your staple items. Just don't forget to cancel if you're going to be gone.
• You can cancel or change your order anytime.
• You can add on to your standing order every week.
• Note any special product or delivery instruction on checkout.
• We request a small minimum order - Click here to check the Delivery page for your minimum, we're sure you'll find lots of goodies that you want! A note about "items" - any item priced less than $2.50 does not count as "an item".

3. WE DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO YOU

• Leave your cooler out the night before your delivery.
• Put ice or blue blocks in your cooler to keep your goodies cold.
• In the winter, please put a couple of towels in your coolers so we can wrap your more perishable items to insulate them. 
• Put your empty paper egg cartons in your cooler. We can reuse them if they are clean!
• Put your empty produce boxes with your cooler.  We can reuse them if they are clean!
• We will deliver to your work or a friend if that works best for you.
• The delivery/fuel charge is small and used to help offset the cost of gas, repairs & maintenance and the cost of delivery or picking up our local products. Click here to visit the Delivery page for more information.

4. PAY FOR YOUR ORDER

• Leave an estimated payment for the current week's delivery in your cooler. Our shopping program calculates your sales tax, but you may have items that need to be weighed, so your receipt will not exactly match how much you will owe. This is why we ask for an estimated payment. 
• Within a day or two of your delivery you should receive a notice that your billing is done for that week's delivery. Log into your account to see your bill. It will show your account balance, after your estimated payment, and it generally won't be too much that you owe us or we owe you.
• Either mail in your remaining payment or add it to your next week's estimated payment for us to pick up. We are working on Paypal as an electronic payment processing option. If you leave a cash payment, please put it in an envelope marked with your name.
• I'm sorry to have to add this info - view your invoice for extra charges related to late fees, bounced checks and collections fees if you do not pay your account balance.
